FAQs

Got questions? You’re not alone. These are the most common concerns we hear from sellers just like you — overwhelmed, stressed, and unsure what to do next. No legal jargon. Just clear, honest answers.

How Are Payments Handled?

We use PayPal Merchant Services to securely process your payments. Your payment information is never stored on our website. Here's what that means for you:

  • Fast & Easy: Pay quickly with your PayPal account or credit/debit card.
  • Secure: All transactions are processed by PayPal’s trusted system.
  • Private: Your financial details are never shared with us.

Your privacy matters. We only use your name and email to prepare your legal documents. That's it.

Do I Have to Go to Court?

Nope. If you’re working with us, you won’t need to appear in court or deal with lawyers directly. We handle the paperwork and communication. You stay out of the legal mess and focus on your business.

Already Emailed the Lawyer?

No problem. We can still help. Just forward us whatever was sent or received. The earlier you come to us, the better your chances—but even if you've already made contact, we’ve seen it all before.

What If the Lawsuit Isn’t Dropped?

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if you’re not released from the lawsuit without paying a dime to the lawyers. See full details here.

Outside the 30-Day Window?

Contact us anyway. If your court deadline hasn’t passed yet, we may still be able to help. Don’t wait—reach out now and we’ll assess your situation.

Missed the Deadline?

If the deadline to respond has already passed, time is critical—but don’t give up. In some cases, we can still file a late response or help you take action to set aside a default judgment.

Contact us immediately so we can assess your situation and determine if it’s still possible to help.

International Lawsuits?

Our service is focused on U.S. federal lawsuits—typically involving sellers on U.S.-based platforms like eBay, Amazon, Etsy, Walmart, Shopify, and Facebook.

If you're located outside the U.S. but have been sued in a U.S. court (for example, you're a Canadian seller using eBay.com), yes—we can help.

Already Paid the Lawyer?

If you've already paid a settlement, unfortunately, we can’t reverse it. If you have already purchased our services, we will refund your money as we are unable to help. Once funds are transferred, the case is usually closed and out of the court’s hands.

However, if you're facing another lawsuit—or just want to make sure it never happens again—reach out. We’ll help you handle things the right way from the start.

What Counts as Being “Served”?

In SAD Lawsuits (Schedule A Defendant), courts often allow alternative service methods—like email or platform notification (e.g. from eBay or Amazon).

You may be considered legally served even if you never got anything in the mail. If the court approves email service, your countdown to respond begins the moment the marketplace is notified.

Bottom line: Don’t wait for something in your mailbox—act as soon as you get any notice.

If You Ignore the Lawsuit…

If you miss your deadline to respond, the court may enter a default judgment against you. That means the lawyers win automatically—and you lose without a fight.

  • 🔒 Your seller account may be frozen
  • 💸 Your sales revenue can be seized
  • 🧑‍⚖️ The lawyers can demand full payment with no negotiation

Don’t let it get to that point. Filing a proper response is the only way to protect your account and your income.

Already Filed a Response?

Absolutely. If you filed something yourself but aren’t sure it was done right, we can still help. Just send us what you submitted and we’ll review it. If needed, we’ll draft an updated version and get everything back on track.

Thinking About Sending an Angry Email?

Please don’t. We get it — you’re angry, frustrated, maybe even panicking. But replying to the lawyers won’t help (and might even hurt). These lawyers thrive on panic. Let us handle them with the cold, calculated confidence they hate.

Reddit Says Ignore It… Should You?

Nope. Unless your life goal is to have your account frozen, your funds seized, and your blood pressure permanently elevated. Filing a proper court response is the only way to protect your business. Reddit can wait.

Can I Handle This with a Napkin and Hope?

We’ve heard every DIY legal story in the book. While we respect the hustle, Schedule A lawsuits require a formal court response with the right formatting, timing, and delivery. A napkin won’t cut it. We will.

Told Them You're Broke — Why Are They Still Coming?

Because these lawsuits aren’t about fairness — they’re about fear. Telling them you’re broke won’t make them stop. They’re hoping you give in or miss the deadline. A proper response forces them to back off.

Feel Like You’re the Unluckiest Seller on Earth?

You’re not alone. Most of our clients feel that way before they find us. The good news? We’ve seen it all, we’ve been through it ourselves, and we’ve helped sellers bounce back. This isn’t the end — it’s the comeback.

Why aren’t you on /r/legaladvice?

I tried. The moderator didn’t like that I was actually helping people. 🤷‍♂️
